ABOUT EDWARD

A scholar’s curiosity.
A practitioner’s perspective.

Higher education leadership shaped by career development, student services, and organizational research.

Edward Raimundi III
Dr. Edward Raimundi III · Ed.D., CCSP

As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the importance of clear, accessible support.

Today I serve as Director of Student Services at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. My professional path has included work in career development, advising, student support, and academic settings across several institutions.

That experience informs the way I speak, facilitate, and consult: start with people’s context, create room for participation, and connect a good conversation to a practical next step.

My doctorate in Organizational Leadership and research on advising and authentic leadership bring another lens. I’m interested in what our assumptions miss, what the evidence helps us notice, and what we can improve together.
