Browsing the site
This website does not install advertising pixels, a third-party analytics script, or a newsletter tracker. Netlify hosts the main site and may process connection metadata and operational logs. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Sending an inquiry
The inquiry and career-session forms collect the name, email, and request you submit, plus the planning details you choose to include. Those details are used to respond to your request and are processed through Netlify Forms. Do not include sensitive student records, personnel information, or other confidential material. You are not automatically added to a mailing list.
Career Notes newsletter
Newsletter signup is separate and optional. The signup form collects your email, optional first name, and explicit consent through Netlify Forms for future career guides and resources from Edward Raimundi III. Newsletter editions will begin later; no automated delivery service is connected. Tool answers and drafts are never included with a signup. To leave the list, use the removal request form or email edwardraimundi@gmail.com. Edward reviews removal requests manually; submitting the form is not an automatic unsubscribe confirmation.
Interactive tools
The session finder processes selections in your browser. Next Move processes game choices, career shortlists, experiment plans, and reflections locally. Optional device saving uses your browser storage only when you turn it on. Turning saving off or choosing Start over removes the saved copy. There is no account, tracking, or submission of game inputs to a server. Neither its activity responses nor the Career Story Studio writing is sent with newsletter forms. Career Story Studio organizes and edits your text locally. It does not send your writing to a server or AI service. Writing in the current workspace is temporary unless you explicitly save a story to the optional bank. The bank holds up to five stories in this browser’s local storage, including source details, optional pasted opportunity descriptions, drafts, practice notes, and self-reported follow-through. The opportunity term spotter processes pasted text locally; it does not fetch job postings or send that text to a service. Saved stories remain after closing the page; anyone using this browser profile may be able to access them. You can remove individual saved stories from the bank. Removing a bank entry does not erase an open workspace, downloaded packet, printed copy, or backup. Starting a new story clears only the current workspace. Downloads, printing, and JSON backups are created on your device and are yours to store or delete. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser; keep a backup if you need one. The inquiry brief download is also created on your device. Information is submitted only when you choose to send an inquiry, career-session request, newsletter signup, removal request, or optional tool feedback.
Career tool feedback
The optional feedback form collects the resource you identify, whether you are reporting your own use or previewing, how far you used it, usefulness, and the outcomes, timing, comments, and reply email you choose to provide. Responses are stored privately through Netlify Forms and reviewed by Edward for resource improvement. Netlify also records submission metadata, including the submission time and IP address. Preview/test responses are separated from personal outcome reports. The form does not read or attach your private drafts, game choices, story bank, or device-saved reflections. Email is optional and used only to reply about your feedback. Feedback does not subscribe you to a newsletter and is not published as a testimonial. Outcomes are self-reported; feedback alone does not establish that a tool caused an interview or other result. For a correction or deletion request, email Edward; without contact details, include enough about the submission to help locate it.
The leadership companion
The companion at /lead is delivered through Netlify and Cloudflare. Its reflections and Blueprint remain in your browser, with optional device saving and exports. Optional polls submit pseudonymous choices to Cloudflare. The companion provides its own detailed saving, deletion, and retention notice.
Privacy requests
For questions about an inquiry you submitted, contact edwardraimundi@gmail.com. Browser-saved Blueprints and downloaded files are controlled by the participant; the companion explains how to erase local work and poll responses linked to the current device.
