About Dr. Raimundi

Where Research Meets Real-World Impact

I'm an organizational leadership scholar, Certified Career Services Provider, and higher education professional with over a decade of experience transforming how students and institutions approach career development, student success, and leadership.

My work spans five major research universities: Virginia Tech, Duquesne, UT Arlington, Texas Tech, and TCU, where I've built programs, led teams, implemented digital platforms, and produced research that directly informs institutional practice.

My doctoral research (now published) examined career advising utilization patterns and engagement across academic disciplines at the institutional level. Using Power BI, SPSS, and R on archival data, it produces actionable frameworks that help universities understand who uses career services, who doesn't, and why, directly informing how institutions allocate resources and design advising strategy.

My second publication, in the Tapestry Journal of Research in Education (2025), examined authentic leadership behaviors and their measurable impact on student identity development and academic persistence, research I presented at an international conference in Lisbon, Portugal, earning the Emerging Scholar Award.
