CAREER STORY STUDIO / BY ER III
Know your value.
Tell your story.
You have experience worth explaining. Let’s turn one real moment into words you can use—and an answer you can say with confidence.
03 / MAKE IT SOUND LIKE YOU
One experience. More ways to use it.
These are starting drafts. Edit the wording, keep the facts, and choose what the reader needs.
The packet includes all versions, your evidence, opportunity bridge, and practice notes. A text file you can edit anywhere.
04 / TAKE IT OFF THE PAGE
Practice the story. Keep your voice.
Read the question, say your answer aloud, then reflect. There is no recording, camera, timer, or automated performance grade.

Keep track of what happened next
This is your record of how you used the work. It is not a hiring prediction or a grade. Save the story or download a packet to keep these notes.
Review all four drafts in Craft to enable exports.
My story bank 0 / 5
Keep up to five stories in this browser. Saving is optional. This is not a cloud backup; anyone using this browser profile may be able to open them. Avoid saving sensitive information on a shared device.
Saving updates the story you opened. Restore adds copies without replacing existing stories. Backup files contain your writing; keep them somewhere private.

Bring me the challenge.
Use the studio and guides freely. When you want individual feedback, a workshop for your group, or a system built around your team, let’s discuss the work.
Personal sessions and organizational engagements are scoped separately. We agree on fit, fees, and deliverables before confirming.
How the studio works
The studio organizes your words into four editable templates: a resume statement, a STAR interview outline (Situation, Task, Action, Result), a professional introduction, and an outreach request. In-progress outcomes and learning are labeled accordingly. Evidence prompts use simple text checks; they are not fact checking, an ATS score, a personality test, or a hiring prediction.
The opportunity term spotter finds literal phrases from a limited English term list. The opportunity bridge and progress record rely on your own account; phrase presence is not proof of competence or a hiring score. Your writing is not submitted to ER III or an AI service. Optional saved stories stay in this browser’s local storage. Downloaded packets and backups are yours to manage. Normal website requests still follow the site privacy notice.
